These terms apply when you book a seat at AI Sesh, run by Vadima Pty Ltd. By applying, paying a deposit or attending, you agree to them.

Booking & payment

A seat is $1,200 + GST, so $1,320 all-in. You hold a seat with a $100 deposit, which is credited toward your ticket. We then call to plan your build, and paying the $1,220 balance locks your seat in. The deposit holds your seat for 72 hours: if the balance is not sorted within that window, the deposit refunds automatically and the seat is released.

The deposit

The $100 deposit is refundable in full at any time before you lock your seat in. If your seat is not locked in within 72 hours, it refunds itself automatically. No chasing, no forms.

Refunds after you lock your seat in

Once the balance is paid, your booking is refundable in full up to 14 days before the workshop date. For the Tuesday 30 June session, refund requests must reach us by end of day Tuesday 16 June. After that, payments are not refundable: the room is capped at 20 owners, your seat has been held against other people who wanted it, and your AI setup work is already underway. If you book within 14 days of the workshop, your payment is final from the moment you pay. If you cannot make the day, tell us as early as you can and we may move you to a future cohort at our discretion, subject to availability.

The build-something guarantee

Your deposit just holds the seat. Once you're in the room, the rest is on us: show up, do the work, and if you don't walk out with a real build underway for your business and the know-how to finish it, we refund your full balance. That's the whole clause. This guarantee is about the day itself, so it applies no matter when you booked or paid.

Photos, video & marketing

We photograph and film our sessions. By attending, you agree to appear in that material and you give us permission to use it in our marketing, including our website, social media and ads, without payment or further approval. That can include testimonials you give us and what you build on the day. If there is something you would rather keep off camera, tell us on the day.

If we reschedule or cancel

If we need to move or cancel the event, we will offer you a seat at the next session or a full refund of everything you have paid. Your choice.

What we provide

AI Sesh is a hands-on workshop. We help you build during the day and provide ongoing support and community access afterwards. You own what you build. We cannot guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on the work you put in and factors outside our control, and tools you build may rely on third-party services with their own costs and terms.

Your conduct

We want a focused, friendly room. We may decline or remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the workshop, without refund of the deposit.
