These terms apply when you book a seat at AI Sesh, run by Scalify Pty Ltd. By booking, paying or attending, you agree to them.

Booking & payment

The price of a seat, including GST, is confirmed with you on your strategy session and set out on the payment link we send. Applying and the strategy session carry no charge; nothing is payable unless you decide to take a seat. Your seat is confirmed the moment your payment lands, usually via a secure Stripe link we send during or right after your call. Until payment lands, a seat is not held.

Refunds

Your booking is refundable in full up to 14 days before the workshop date. For the Thursday 24 September session, refund requests must reach us by end of day Thursday 10 September. After that, payments are not refundable: the room is capped at 15 owners, your seat has been held against other people who wanted it, and your AI setup work is already underway. If you book within 14 days of the workshop, your payment is final from the moment you pay. If you cannot make the day, tell us as early as you can and we may move you to a future cohort at our discretion, subject to availability.

What the day delivers

Show up and do the work, and you walk out with a real build for your business, running, and the know-how to keep it going. That is what the day is for, and it is why the room is capped at 15. This describes what the day is built to do. It is not a guarantee and it does not create a refund entitlement: refunds are covered by the Refunds section above.

Photos, video & marketing

We photograph and film our sessions. By attending, you agree to appear in that material and you give us permission to use it in our marketing, including our website, social media and ads, without payment or further approval. That can include testimonials you give us and what you build on the day. If there is something you would rather keep off camera, tell us on the day.

If we reschedule or cancel

If we need to move or cancel the event, we will offer you a seat at the next session or a full refund of everything you have paid. Your choice.

What we provide

AI Sesh is a hands-on workshop. We help you build during the day and provide ongoing support and community access afterwards. You own what you build. We cannot guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on the work you put in and factors outside our control, and tools you build may rely on third-party services with their own costs and terms.

Your conduct

We want a focused, friendly room. We may decline or remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the workshop, without refund.
