Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you apply, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to our short application questions. We also collect basic analytics and advertising data (such as the ad or link you arrived from, and standard device and usage information) to understand how people find us and to improve our marketing. When you pay, our payment provider Stripe processes your card: we receive your name, contact details and the amount, never your full card number. At the workshop itself we take photos and video, which can include you (see the photos, video & marketing section of our Terms).

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Contact you about your AI Sesh application, including by phone, email or SMS.
• Assess whether the workshop is a good fit and arrange your seat.
• Run the workshop, process payments and provide support afterwards.
• Send you relevant updates about AI Sesh (you can opt out at any time).
• Measure and improve our advertising and website.
• Use photos and video from our sessions in our marketing, as covered in our Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example our CRM, scheduling, payment and email tools), and only so they can perform those services for us. Some providers may store data overseas.

Advertising & cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and a first-party identifier cookie to measure how our ads perform. We also send conversion events to Meta from our server (the Conversions API): where these include contact details such as an email or phone number, they are hashed before being sent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kristian@scalify.au. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
